The Newcomer's Guide is very popular, I don't use the website often and don't open the phonebook much these days, but I do have it at home and sometimes look things up.

The Newcomers Guide is well known and useful in print. I didn't know they have a website...​

I use the newcomers guide on line and in print all the time. It is delivered to English speakers' homes and is a real resource in may ways.
